Re: Deuce's rehab......

God, I hope so. All the signs are pointing in the wrong direction for him, but I hope Deuce can defy the odds.....AGAIN.

Re: Deuce's rehab......

How many more times does this have to happen for everyone to realize that his knees will never be the same and have made him alot slower and unable to cut like a running back without the history of injuries.

I love Deuce, don't get me wrong but maybe it's time he hangs it up before he cripples himself for the rest of his life. The NFL doesn't take care of it's older players and they should but with the money the players make nowadays I really don't think they should have to take care of stupdity in the future.

Golf and sex are about the only things you can enjoy without being good at them.

I'm with on this. I love Deuce too much to see him hobble around for the rest of his life. Heck, I'm 35 and the Army has destroyed my knees. It has got to be worst for him.

Re: Deuce's rehab......

I am impressed with his attitude. The way doctors can perform miracles on injured folks is just amazing. I believe he can make a comeback if he wishes to. He is going at it eight hours per day so you know he is serious. It wasn't that long ago when this type of injury would finish a career on the first time, let alone the second...

Wooopigsoooie!

Sorry, I had to.

With two knee operations in two years, it's probably time for Deuce to hang it up and take his spot as the Greatest Saint's RB of All Time.

Re: Deuce's rehab......

It's probably true that Deuce will never be the same. I am hopeful, in any case. Didn't Edgerrin James also have both knees in a short span? Didn't he come back and rush for 1500 yards in a following year? I think it took two years after the second injury. All this is memory, so please don't shoot me if I have it wrong-ish.
