Beer is comin' back up on me....
The play calling the in first half has me wanting to vomit. I want to ask Payton, "Is it worth going three and out over and over again, just for that try for the home-run deep ball?" O-line is giving good protection. Reggie is running for an average of four, so the run blocking is alright (though not stellar).
Last week, we took whatever the defense offered and we controlled the game. This week it's what the Falcons are doing out there. The tragic thing is that the defense kept us in it. Of course if you spend the entire half on the field, I expect eventually you'll give up the TD. Seems like we're back to Payton's old tricks again and it makes me sick. As an aside, it seems like Drew has become more desperate as the game has gone one. He is inaccurate as hell out there. BOTH of those interceptions (I know one didn't count) were amazingly badly thrown balls. |

It's the offensive lines fault Drew stinks.
(I'm being sarcastic.) Lots of poor decision making on his part. Let's hope he can turn things around the second half and we can pull out a win here. |
