"He always handles himself with maturity and class. He doesn't run his mouth, blame others, make excuses, when he does talk from behind the podium he always talks about "team" and when he mentions himself it's always about self improvement."

I also believe the best is yet to come from him. I also see him as a class act. I can't wait for him to really develop into the "back" etc. etc. that we all know he will someday.
