Fact:2 of our 3 leading tacklers are our Free and Strong saftey (Bullucks and Harper).
They have gotten that way primarily because they play so close to the line of scrimmage.

Fact:Our corners are so scared of giving up he deep ball that they play 10-12 yards off the line of scrimmage.

So what happens, typically, is that on 1st and 2nd down, our safties are hanging around in the box (which is why a 7 yard slant gets Harper's face of a poster) and our corners cover over the top. Our opponents have figured that out and continue to kill us with hitch routed. We made Rodney White look like Jerry Rice.

The opponents game plan is simple. Hitch routes for the outside receivers covered by Mckenzie and Craft and pass to the receiver covered by Young or Fred Thomas on 3rd.
