I agree to a point but the few times I have seen Simmons he was out of position. Maybe it's because he's still learning the system. No doubt we need a better MLB, I'm just saying I'd like to see more of him before I make up my mind. |

You misunderstood me joe, it must be tough to differentiate over a computer screen, but I'm speaking towards the saints front office - not you personally. if they payed to bring this man here, and he has such a great history why is simoneau still starting? I'm not directing anything towards YOU, don't take it like that.

My guess would be that they think he's somehow better suited to the position than Simmons at this point. I don't know for sure because as I said I haven't seen enough od Simmons play to judge. I don't trust stats to much, for sure when they are a yr or 2 old.
