Beyond Gray, the Jags either will elevate rookie Lester Ricard from their practice squad or else sign a veteran free agent such as Aaron Brooks or Drew Bledsoe to shore up the position. Adding a veteran free agent would necessitate releasing a player or putting someone on injured reserve, Garrard if his injury is serious or kicker Josh Scobee.
