Yes again I'll will say that missed FG's are a problem. Mare is 6-12 but 3 of those are over 50 yards so if we say less than 50 yards are what he should make he is 6-9 with one of those being blocked and can't say exactly where the total blame lies there he would be 6-8. Now compare that to the stats from this link and he is right there with most of the kickers in the league. He hasn't had as many attempts. Mare is not even on the page that you provided budsdrinker. I am the number one ANTI-Mare guy here. I don't agree with the reason for picking him up, just to save a roster spot. Carney was and still is a better kicker than Mare. We (fans) were told that this guy would be "Carney" only better. Well, nutz to that! This addition to the Saints has been the biggest mistake made by the current staff. Yes, even bigger than Jason David.
