Re: Will Mare Be Cut ???
Here is what he has amassed as our kicker. This is pathetic.
I say keep him for kickoffs, and get a new FG kicker. I saw the interview when Coach P said he was not happy with the points going into the half and that we should have been ahead by more. I can only assume, he was talking about the missed FG's by Mare. If the dome started booing everytime Mare goes to kick a FG, one of two things will happen: 1. He starts making them. 2. Coach finally wakes ups and get a new FG Kicker. Here's the stats. NFC Field Goals Made Rank Player Team FGM FGA Long XPA XPM Pts 1 David Akers PHI 17 21 53 15 15 66 2 Josh Brown SEA 16 17 52 17 17 65 3 Mason Crosby GB 16 20 53 20 20 68 4 Jason Hanson DET 16 20 53 21 20 68 5 Nicholas Folk DAL 14 16 53 31 31 73 6 Morten Andersen ATL 14 17 47 9 9 51 7 Jeff Wilkins STL 14 20 53 7 7 49 8 Matt Bryant TB 13 17 48 17 17 56 9 Robbie Gould CHI 13 16 49 15 15 54 10 Lawrence Tynes NYG 12 15 48 22 20 56 11 Shaun Suisham WAS 12 15 47 14 14 50 12 Neil Rackers ARI 11 16 52 17 16 49 13 Ryan Longwell MIN 11 14 55 19 19 52 14 Joe Nedney SF 11 12 50 9 9 42 15 John Kasay CAR 11 14 52 14 14 47 16 Olindo Mare NO 6 12 46 21 21 39 17 Matt Prater ATL 1 4 45 1 1 4 |
