Former Tiger Davis Breaks Hand in NFL Training Camp
07/29/03 NFL Bio Page BATON ROUGE -- Domanick Davis, one of the most prolific return men in the history of the Southeastern Conference, suffered a broken right hand on Tuesday during training camp with the Houston Texas, the club announced. Davis, the Texans' fourth-round draft pick out of LSU, injured the hand in a blocking drill during training camp practice this afternoon. X-rays later indicated a broken bone. Davis had already impressed as a return specialist through four days of camp. He was also seeing reps as one of four backup running backs on the roster.
