But Your Starting Right Corner - Jason David

Too many broken, missing, or just bad pieces going into Houston:

Houston 31 Saints 17 and it won't be that close.

Re: Probabilities Are:

Ouch! The only redeeming thing I see from living over here is, they really don't have a running game. Kinda like us (we'd have one if Payton would use it) So they are limited to passing all over Jason David, you know, kinda like everyone else does. Unless Gibbs gets his head out of his butt and does some blitzing, you'll probably be right. However, if by some hook or crook they see the light, we can win this game in a large way.
Living over here nothing would make me happier.

I don't know, I just don't know if Gibbs has it in his makeup to change. We've got to get some pressure. Blitzing is the only way. Our corners can't cover anyway so why not gamble and give them a little help. If nothing else, our linebackers and safetys are fast enough to get there.

Sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than to open it and remove all doubt!!!!!

They're not. Neither were the Rams. That's what scares me.

Re: Probabilities Are:

To blitz or not to blitz, that is the question. You are dead right, Joe, why not blitz, get beat a few times deep. At least, the offense will get back on the field and we shoot it out. It does not good to keep the offense on the bench. Hell, maybe we will get a few turnovers, QB fumbles or that sacred interception to turn momemtum.

Re: Probabilities Are:

Houston can put points up in a hurry. That scare me. Young better get healthy and move over to the #2 and slide David over to the #3. What the heck will it hurt. If not we put ??? one of the old timers in. Have to since we cut the other young CB. still tickes me off. Craft gets my vote.
PT and Stecker on the field and split 80% of the carries if Bush sits. I would love to see them both out there at the same time. Carney gets about 20%.
Strief to start with Bushrod coming of the bench. If the offense can sustain some drives to keep our defense of the field. That is our best defense.
This has to force the issue and put the young guys on the field. I say go for it. It will only make us better for next year.
Maybe we will see our #1 for a play or two just to tease us.

I want to see Reggie and Pierre Thomas on the field at the same time.

Re: Probabilities Are:

My argument here is if you're going to get burned any-frickin-way, why not blitz the living daylights out of them? It'll only make things more difficult for the opposing quarterback. I'm at the end of my wits with this gutless d-calling
