this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; This team makes me want to puke. They had more than their fair share of opportunities today, and they choked them away. What a disgusting effort....

Lack of heart, lack of focus

Re: Lack of heart, lack of focus
I couldn't even finish watching. My poor family is sick and tired of hearing me scream at the television that I had to find a forum to join so I could find someone who empathized with me.
So are we going to go 4 losses, 4 wins, 4 more losses and then finish up with 4 wins?! Har. I won't be betting on that. |

Re: Lack of heart, lack of focus
Payton picked the wrong game to try and establish a running game. Other games the running game looked good in the beginning and we didnt stick with it. This game the running game wasnt there and he stuck with it all game.
I think Brees played with heart and was focused. Again it boils down to turnovers. Try not to pad Bush's stats and give the ball to Karney on the goalline or at least have Karney in there for leadblockin. Brees completed 67% and he had a couple drops and 2 tip passes that go down as int instead of completions. I wonder why when Deuce was active Payton would rotate him and Bush every down but with Deuce out he plays Bush all the time even when he looks winded and he is not effective. |
