not so good news
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; i did a little research and only 2 teams going back to 1995 started 4-6 and made the playoffs. 1. The 1997 Detroit Lions and they lost their game 2. The 2002 New York Jets and they won their game. ...

1. The 1997 Detroit Lions and they lost their game 2. The 2002 New York Jets and they won their game. hopefully #3 will be the 2007 New Orleans Saints.
