I think that the reason that some coveted FA's might not chose the Saints as their next destination is their inconsistency and the illusion that the team is not committed to winning.

It is imperative for this team to finish with a winning record even without making the playoffs in order to demonstrate the right attitudes and commitment pervades the organization.

Go Saints. Win big.

I agree Xan. No one wants to go to an organization that has a reputation of losing. The Saints would be best suited to finish the season strong so the FA's will at least consider the team. Money is big, but no FA wants to go to a team that has no future.
