Bush may suit up vs. Eagles

2theadvocate.com | Sports | Bush may suit up vs. Eagles — Baton Rouge, LA

“It was an important win for us to try to stay alive in this thing and I thought by and large we had pretty good focus,” Payton said.
“There was a group of teams three weeks ago that were in (playoff contention) and that group gets smaller each week. (The players) understand that the margin for error is pretty slim and we have to play good football here in these last two games.

If Bush isn't at least 90%, I hope they don't put him in there.

It would be nice to have him... but I wouldn't want him to seriously injure himself.

They will need him if he is in any way functional. These next two games are obviously way too important not to utilize all of our quality roster. I'm not saying run him for forty times but the team pays him to contribute when possible. Stecker is showing his worth (even as I still am heartbroken while Deuce sits out) and having Reggie in the backfield can only help even if he is not 100%. Play him if we pay him.

With the mistakes Moore had Sunday in the return game don't be surprise if Reggie isn't back returning punts.

Re: Bush may suit up vs. Eagles

Use him as a distraction for atleast a few plays.

Seriously, I think everyone needs to give up the thoughts on the Playoffs right now and just focus on the next two games. Nothing is guaranteed. Mathematically, the Saints don't have to win out to make it, but still...

The Eagles are no push over and that should be the only concern right now.
