Hadn't been a regular of late but had many conversations via threads with JoeSam. This was my 1st Saints site and as everyone knows Joe was a class act...

RIP Joe Sam, you've earned it. You'll be missed by many many friends.

Truly, rest in peace Joe. Deeply missed and appreciated.

Everytime something like this happens it makes me want to live life a little fuller and enjoy every minute I have with the ones I love. I don't want to have someone leave me without fully appreciating them while they are HERE with me.

id like to thank everyone who posted kind words about joe too.. ive been a mod here for along time and it was joe who taught me the ropes and he loved the saints and this site.. even thought i never had the pleasure of meeting joe in person, if i needed some help with something he was always returning my IMs and emails... he was a great man and ever better friend... we'll never forget you joe.. your were black and gold thru and thru...

Man this is terrible to hear. I, like many other posters here, never met Joe, but his presence on this board was always a comforting one to me. He always seemed to keep us balanced when we were jumping off the deep end. I will surely miss Joe around here, but I think he would want all of us to stick around and keep loving our Saints. My thoughts and prayers are with Joe's family.

Joe Sam was always the professional, a stand-up guy. We will sorely miss him. RIP, brother.

I haven't been onboard here very long but quickly came to recognize JOESAM's posts by his avatar. :)

My condolences to his family and I hope they find the peace that he now knows.
