Re: JD rated last
Tobias,
Being a fellow sophisticate I must know; what the hell is the chick in your avatar holding in her right hand? |

A modified gas mask. It is the work of Luis Royo, one of the more talented Spaniard illustrators. This particular piece came as a background image for an Enlightement theme named "Fossils of the Machines". JD has shown some promise this year along with his maddening poor play. I want to see see him play again in some capacity next year but not as a starting corner. In my opinion, the corner position is the weakest position on this team. The Saints need to rework this secondary in a bad way. |

Re: JD rated last
I hope JD turns it around and is ranked number 1 this off-season. That is number 1, as in the first person being released!!!

Re: JD rated last
I bet he will be. One - because of his play on the field. But also two - because of the size of his contract.

Re: JD rated last
I hope, if he comes back, he is the #3 CB by seasons end. That would mean we have solved our CB problems.

Re: JD rated last
I think I'd rather keep Craft as the nickel. Could JD be traded? I know whe's no good in man coverage, but he played pretty well in cover two for the Colts, didn't he? Think anyone with that style of D would be willing to trade anything for him? I guess it would come down to his contract. I don't know the details, just that we paid a lot for him. Is he signed for three years? Anyone who'd be willing to trade would probably balk at the contract anyway. With that in mind, my guess is he'll be waived.
