RUSH TO JUDGMENT- NOLA.com

Take last week's game against the Arizona Cardinals. The Saints had seen tape of the game a week earlier, when Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner had thrown five interceptions against the Seattle Seahawks and was sacked five times. They knew Warner's tendency to hold on to the ball an extra second while looking for an open receiver, making him susceptible to a heavier-than-normal pass rush.

Re: Rush To Judgment

Gibbs definitely has his hands full trying to get a game plan going against a guy like McNabb. McNabb is a complete different player than what we seen in Warner. All you have to do is hit Warner a couple of times and things start to go your way. With McNabb, I don't think he is as easily rattled. This should be an interesting challenge for the Saints defense. OK, I will say it again, that damn Westbrook guy could kill us... LOL

Re: Rush To Judgment

Westbrook will get his yardage. He always has and always will. The key is to keep him out of the end zone. Make them settle for three. key third down stops down close will win this game.
McNabb is not Warner but McNabb is not the same ole McNabb either. He is anchored in the pocket. His running ability is average at best. Thomas and Lake need have to get pressure up the gut. We need to force the eagles to keep Westbrook in to block on passing downs with blitzes. If we do not we are in for a long game and may need 30 or maybe 40 points to win this one. This game may come down to how well our safeties can play.
