Aaron Stecker's father-in-law

Someone posted a comment on the NOLA website saying that Aaron Stecker's father-in-law, Ken Hendricks, died from a fall at his home in Wisconsin. Which would explain why Stecker was excused from practice Friday.

The second link is the news story about the tragic death of Ken Hendricks who was a very successful business man. Like very successful, like $3.5 billion successful.

It's bad enough to lose a family member unexpectedly but to lose one this close to the holidays? Wow.

Thoughts and prayers for Aaron's family right now. Such a tragedy.

Holidays always seem to bring both tears and laughter.
Maybe it is so we can see better what we have lost.
Resulting in us appreciating what we have even more.
