"I'm trying to give the defense the best look I can and trying to get them ready for this upcoming game on Sunday," Meachem said. "I'm not even thinking about next year. I'm just thinking about helping my teammates out the best way possible."

A season spent on the scout team was the last place Meachem and the Saints brass figured one of the top receiving prospects in the draft would dwindle.
