should we look at cameron?

cam cameron was fired this morning and it wasnt too long ago he shined with brees and LT with one of the best offenses in the league. maybe he could use reggie the way he used LT and hes already had a successful relationship with brees. why not look to him as an option for offensive coordinator? |

Re: should we look at cameron?
I'm sure Payton, an offensive guru as some say, would be reluctant to give up his play calling duties or change his offensive philosophies. Though I would not mind the move, I'm sure they'll butt heads. He did a great job with LT, helped Ronnie Brown take the next step, and even made Chatman an effective back... surely he'd be able to help Bush out.

I would prefer looking at a defensive minded coach first.

Now if you were talking about a defensive coordinator, then I'd be interested in hearing those suggestions. The only things we need to do on offense is resign our own free agents and work on cutting down the turnovers. SFIAH |

absolutely baffled??? you cant tell me that paytons calls arent sometimes questionable at best. im not calling for paytons head by any means, i like sean and think he needs more time and having another offensive mind, whos had success with the brees/reggie type combo we have wouldnt be a bad idea. remember, two heads are always better than one.

Re: should we look at Cameron?
Not as a Head coach for the Saints but I would love to have him as the OC to help Sean out but only if Sean would actually let Cameron call the plays and be involved in every day operation...
I think it would work well for Payton if some one were calling the plays, he could fucus on the game more. |

two heads are better than one but one head is way to big..... so i don't think they would fit wvsaint
