Re: Smith, Colston raise bar with New Orleans
Colston is about to be PAID!!! The Saints better do the smart thing and get this guy locked up to a long term deal while the price is still reasonable. Smith is going to get his too, there is a huge shortage on good DE's.

Re: Smith, Colston raise bar with New Orleans
Everyone goes on and on about Grants contract and trust me on this, in two years his contract will appear more than fair. The cap will increase every year and so will the salaries. DE will explode by the third year of this deal. trust me you are going to be amazed at what the impact positions will make. Well impact in the way the media likes to make them. just look at the egg San Fran has there face after signing Clements last year to such a big contract. The guy they needed to sign in Buffalo was McGee. Let that be lesson to be learned.
Colston will get his money and the help at WR he needs. Smith will get his too and get a wlb that can free him up more. |
