I remember Haz thinking the same thing, the Saints wore white at home during most of 2000. The Saints home woes has been an issue for a long time now. I don't get it either. I say blow the top off the dome and let the Saints play outdoors. Opposing teams would not know what to do in 90 degree heat with 60 percent humidity. Now that would be a true home field advantage.

If only Benson had any sense like Jerry Jones, and put up some of his own money for a new stadium. I have always disliked the cowboys, and seeing this damn new stadium going up outside my window isnt making things any better. But I love the ideal of having a retractible roof if the saints and state somehow got money for that kind of thing. Playing football outside in Louisiana is no joke....look at the record for the Jags for home games during the start of the season when its muggy down there. |
