Justin King, CB, Penn St, just declared for the draft
Draft him NOW! The upside for this guy is beyond belief. If he runs a 4.2 at the Combine (the lowest he's run so far is a 4.32) he will skyrocket up draft boards. He's projected as a 2-3 rounder now but I fully expect that to go up as the weeks pass.

King is the CB with a ton of upside. He went to Penn as a WR and sat out his freshman year. He has hands, can cover and returns kicks. He might be the best CB in the draft. Round 2 steal.

Re: Justin King, CB, Penn St, just declared for the draft
As a PSU alum, I got to see most of their games this year (thanks Big Ten Network) and I would love to see Justin King in the Black & Gold. He has good hands, is straight-line fast and very quick in coverage. If we could get him in the 2nd round, I think everyone would be very pleased. However, I see him going in the late 1st because of the lack of big-time CBs in the draft and the overall lack of good coverage CBs available as FA throughout the NFL.
