Will Saints cough up for Samuel?

I hope not. I think the saints would have to change their system on defense to use him. Then again that would help David out too. So maybe, Just to much money on one position, If he was the missing link then ok but we have to many links to work on right now.

I agree with too many links right now. I would say 2 corners, 1 safety, 2 LB's and 2 DT's minimum.

May be a bit much. I agree on the two corners. I'm just not sure if Young is ready to step up into that #2 corner slot. I think we'd be ok with KK and Harper at safety. I'd sure like to see Simmons or Evans fill that Will and get Briggs for the Mike. Thomas is still functional at DT. He needs a stud next to him.

We'd be significantly better if we could get one stud DT, MLB, and put KK in the safety slot.

We're not going to get 7 new starters from outside the organization. I believe we just need to start playing our best players and fill the critical holes of DT, MLB, and CB.
