Re: Saints Re-Sign Copper
"Copper, who turns 26 next month, has been a valued role player for the last two seasons, both as a backup receiver and special teams standout. He has 38 receptions for 511 yards and five touchdowns in two years with New Orleans."
Sounds like a pretty good deal if you ask me. He has had decent production and gives us depth from a guy who already knows the system. |

Re: Saints Re-Sign Copper
Very good move for the Saints. That means the Saints have 4 WR's that should be locks for making the team, Colston, Moore, Copper, and Meachem. They will probably try to get Patten back, so there is your opening day group. I think the Saints will go with 5 this year. Maybe a guy could push for a job, like Skyler Green, and make it if one of the other guys goes down in training camp, or just simply beats someone out.
