Defensive Tackle: Once again, the Chiefs are in need of a run-stuffing defensive tackle. It seems like some things never change! This is a high area of need for the franchise, so look for a fairly early pick to be spent.

Outside Linebacker: Arguably their biggest need with a regression for outside linebacker Bryan Thomas, and the likely loss of fellow outside 'backer Victor Hobson to free agency, look for the team to concentrate on this void as high as their No. 6 overall pick.

Vernon Gholston DE/OLB Ohio St. 6-3 266 4.58

Solves that problem.

New England Team Needs: CB, LB, OT

The Pats are known for always taking the BPA, and it has usually paid off for them. Since it aint broke, they don't fix it and take the top prospect in the draft: Darren McFadden. Maroney is a solid RB, but with this pick NE adds yet another explosive element to their already high powered offense.

Darren Mcfadden, RB, Arkansas 6-1 1/4, 211, 4.33

Rivers got a look as well as Clady, Jenkins, DRC and Leodis. None were rated highly enough to justify using the 7th overall pick.
