We Might Be in Trouble...
Am I the only one who is getting a little concerned about what Tampa Bay is doing this offseason? It seems like they are loading up and getting serious about contending again. They have been committed to upgrading their entire offense. They've brought in help at o-line, TE, RB, WR, and QB. But what stands out to me is how bad they are trying to get playmakers at WR. So far they've signed Antonio Bryant (who is a nut job but the guy can play when he wants to) and it seems like they've been in the running for every player I hear rumors about including Bryant Jonhson from Arizona. It'll be interesting to see how we will handle a potential WR corps of Galloway, Johnson, Bryant, and Clayton. I'm not saying that that would be the best receiving corp in the league but that mixture of size and speed would be a tough match up. They'll look good on paper going into next season and they'll be good on Madden, but let's hope that Garcia comes back down to earth and their QB situation get's ugly.

Last I heard, that had something like 40 MILLION available - that's an incredible number. And let's not forget that they already swept us last year... So yeah, I'm concerned about them. Very much so.

Re: We Might Be in Trouble...
Jeff Garcia - 38 years old, missed 2 games b/c of injury
Joey Galloway - 37 years old Antonio Bryant - missed the whole 2007 season; 1 good season in the NFL Michael Clayton - consistently inconsistent; only good season in 2004 Bryant Johnson - non-issue, hasn't signed with Tampa yet Name wise they look good on paper... but that's about it. |

Bryant Johnson signed with the 49ers.
So they've signed Antonio Bryant and Warrick Dunn... who's on the decline. I forgot to mention they've also added Jeff Faine who many Saints fans deem disposable. Their offense doesn't look much different from last year. |

And now they've signed Eugene Wilson.
Buccaneers sign Wilson to one-year deal Says they will play him at corner? Thoughts? |
