Re: Hall, Asomugha and the Saints = ?

Nnamdi is a solid CB worth mentioning in the top 10 in the NFL. So is Hall. Hall has the flair for the dramatics though. Hall is by no means what I would call a shut down CB. We never shied away from throwing to his side of the field.
The big difference between the two is this, Hall was known in college and Nmamdi was not. Hall had alot more hype around him and still does. He uses the media to keep his name alive in the press. he has the mouth and well simple put it puts him into the pro bowl more times than not. Fans vote because of name recognition not so much on how well a player is playing. We all sit and laugh about the pro bowl selections each year and now we are going to use it as a guide to rate these two? Please do not go there.
I am more worried about the picks involved. If the falcons get 2 picks in the second ahead of us it will alter our choices greatly. They need DT and now they would add CB to the list.
Atlanta picks in round 2
Tracy Porter
Dre Moore

The saints are now on the clock.

Get the picture.

To counter this possibility the best thing the saints could do is hope Nnamdi does not sign and we pick him up as a FA. That would remove the overall need at CB from the draft in the early rounds. As for DT well we would end up with ????
