Family and friends left 35 voice-mail messages for Woodbury and about 15 for Hilton on Monday night after their touchdown connection against the Eagles, the players said. . . . Several starters returned to practice Wednesday, including tight end David Sloan, linebacker Darrin Smith, defensive end Darren Howard, cornerback Dale Carter and right guard LeCharles Bentley. Haslett said their status for the exhibition game against the Jets will be determined later this week. |
