this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Personally, I think Hester could be the "next" Mike Alstott(sp?). Make him the bruiser in a two back offense, and he would be very effective....

Me too Hagan. We used to get tickets for $1.50 when I was in high school when they started playing in the dome and we loved it. They even sold us beer and we were 16 and 17 but of course the drinking age was 18 so if you looked 18 you got beer. Those were the days Geaux Green Wave

Just kidding... I root for any La. team. Root for them more when they are doing well of course. I also like to see a good Tulane upset over LSU from time to time. But we unite for our beloved Saints. |

Re: I can't believe I am saying this...
I am Tulane alumni, though I root for LSU more than I do for my own team (though no one can take away that awesome kicka$$ wonderful 11-0 season averaging 56 points per game under Shaun King - that was MAGIC!).
But does anyone remember the old stadium on Claiborne? What a place to see a game! I wish it was still there. They tore it down and turned it into graduate and married housing. But it all really went down when all the games moved to the Superdome, IMO. |
