Man.....Deuce is one of the classiest football players & people I have ever met. I hope he retires a Saint. Maybe, he can pass this on to Reggie Bush....hmmm.

Yes he's classy but... before he got hurt last season, many were saying that Deuce looked slow... like he lost a step. So the real question becomes....
What kind of football shape can you get in with both knees hurt? When will Deuce be effective again? How many games will it cost us trying to find out? What if he tries his hardest and it ain't enough? Notice that the Saints are not mentioning anything about Mendenhall. Based on that, it's almost a certainty. |
