Future of Running Back?
Duece is a top notch back but cant manage to stay healthy....Reggie is a great satellite and returner if Sean would put him there....Aaron is a good enough back-up and with the help of Pierre the Saints have a lot of depth at running back, but if the 2 time heisman runner up falls to us...would it be worth taking him?....or if we managed to trade up...maybe not to 2 but maybe 8?...would the pick be worth a running back?

Re: Future of Running Back?
the size and speed of mcfadden would be too much to pass up....if by some chance he falls to 10 i think the saints will pick him....i think that duece will tear his acl on his 3rd leg this year and reggie will end up sharing carries with aaron again....i just think that having mcfadden would solidify the running back position...which IS a problem area....rashard mendenhall isnt as versatile as mcfadden and i doubt ne team has him ranked higher than mcfadden

Re: Future of Running Back?
see i thought last year was time for defense....and we ended up picking robert meachem when we could've drafted a corner...we could've traded up and gotten aaron ross or even chris houston who are arguably better than ne corner in this draft....if we traded up it would be for defense....well what happens when we dont because someone else does....and mcfadden falls to 10?....do you pick him if the DTs are gone and so is rivers?

Re: Future of Running Back?
ill be the first to agree with u....however....the weakness of this draft class has dimmed the chances of teams wanting the 10 pick.....after the top 5 or so picks...the talent level just seems to drop off....but i digress as i watch a commercial about "the draft matters. go deep" if we drop back we might be able to pick up someone well worth it.....I CHANGE MY MIND TOO MUCH
