Redskins lose another DT
Washington Redskins: The Redskins lost starting defensive tackle Brandon Noble for the season when he suffered a knee injury in Saturday night's exhibition game loss to the New England Patriots, the Washington Post reported Sunday.
Noble was carted off the field in the first quarter with his left leg in an air cast, and team officials said he had suffered a dislocated kneecap and multiple ligament tears, according to the paper. Coach Steve Spurrier left open the possibility of Noble playing late in the season, but other club officials said Noble's year is done, according to the report. "I knew because when I looked at his knee, it was all twisted and popped out of joint," said Redskins middle linebacker Jeremiah Trotter to the Post. "He said, 'I'm done.' When he was lying there, I thought about how I went down last year." http://espn.go.com/nfl/news/2003/0817/1597788.html |

Redskins lose another DT
As I\'ve said all along I think it would be worth while offering a DT for Bailey or SMOOT. Someone needs to dial 1- 800-trade and work out a deal.

Redskins lose another DT
There are reports being denied by Mueller that the Skins are trying to acquire Grady Jackson for ladell Betts. After the way Grady played last night he is not the man to let go. Mueller seems to agree and said \"Grady is not going anywhere.\" Betts is a good youg prospect if we could get him for one of our resever tackles I\'d do the deal. I think it would be hard to see the Skins parting with Smoot or Bailey.
