Re: Who's next??
Assuming they don't trade the #2 for Shockey, I'm guessing Dustin Keller TE or highest rated remaining corner on the board. I wouldn't mind seeing them go back to the well and get Trevor Law DT or Dre Moore DT either.

Dan conner or matt forte. I dont think Conner will be there but I would love to see him slip.

Re: Who's next??
the saints can really afford to go best player available now...it looks like the CBs are slipping and they might get a good one with #40...unless a run starts soon

Re: Who's next??
I would guess one of the following two: OLB Xavier Adibi or CB Aqib Talib, if they slip that far. Adibi - athletic, Talib - has off field issues, but he is a ball hawk. Saints want turn overs.

Would love to see Talib or Jenkins fall, but doubt it

Re: Who's next??
I say make the move, and get back to the top of the 2nd round to get that player - a starter not depth. The problem is finding a trading partner. You need a team that doesn't need picks this year.

Re: Who's next??
Saints can't pick a RB, they have bigger holes to fill on Def. The offense has enough weapons to compete with any defense that is out there. Granted it would be nice if Meachem stepped up and became a true #2 WR. I think I would go after OLB first, possibly another DT if they fall, then CB. I'm no expert in terms of the Saints depth status with certain positions, but I think the Saints need people who will step in at starters, and given the state of the Defense, they should be able find some upgrades there.
