You're a jerk, smitty. One of these days, I'm going to trade your dog for a six pack, then a get one way flight to SidMars on the lakefront.
But hey, at least I finally found a place up here that sells Turbodog. The food sucks, but at least they have real beer.... |

Re: hey, loe...................
sidmars was blown away, loe...........
r&o's is a good alternative........ of course, i like my food........... but russell's, out there by the marina off ponchatrain blvd and west end blvd, well, if you order an oyster po-boy to go, don't leave the paper bag on your seat, cause the grease comes right through and stains...... anyway, the shrimp stew is spicy good over rice, but, you know that, right? smitty |

Re: hey, loe...................
Oh yeah, I know R&O's - had the oyster po-boys there many many times. And Russell's Marina Grill was a regular stop of mine as well - the onion mum was a regular "we're drunk" stop after leaving the lakefront.
Yeah, I know SidMars is gone - but they'll rebuild, mark my words. The location is just too perfect with all those shrimp boats docking next door in the Bucktown canal. Man, do I miss the food. Here in the center of NC, you just can't get much in the way of fresh seafood. |

Re: hey, loe...................

my sister probably waited on you at russells............ she's back, after a while, that's how i found about the leakage of a 2 go po-boy............ |
