Re: The second coming of sam mills...

My question is I've seen this kid play a few time and he was a heck of a player at BC, but why did he not get drafted? Is he hurt or has he been in trouble with the law or anything like that?

I think his problem is he doesn't have the measurables. He ran a 4.79 and is 6-foot and 230. The guy is a playmaker and has good instincts, but has a "limited ceiling".

i think that is a problem with many of the players we picked up...we overhype them and they never amount to ne thing...he clearly wasnt drafted because teams didnt think he could pan out...or maybe they just ran out of picks...who knows...but unfortunately i dont think he will help out our team...with the size, speed, and now depth at LB i dont think he will make the team

I watched him to. His numbers mean nothing. He appears to be VERY football smart and plays with a lot of heart. does sound like Sam but thats a mouthful and he has to beat out Vilma. tall orders to say the least
