After watching the Eagles offense this past Sunday, no one can say anymore Payton's play calling is gimmicky. How many more wildcat variations can you run in one game? Oh wait, guess Vick will answer that next Sunday. Hopefully after this past Sunday, with huge losses suffered by "wildcatters" Miami and Philly, the wildcat will go away.. |

I think the wild cat can work effectively in the NFL... it's just that you need a mobile and accurate quarterback. If anyone watched the Tenn vs Florida game, Monte Kiffin kept Berry at the line of scrimmage creating one on one matchups on the outside. If there was such a quarterback that combined Vick's agility and Brees' accuracy, the wild cat would be sick... just my opinion with how Kiffin defended it.

we better hope we have it covered. miami ran it really really well monday night and despite the fact that they lost, we're in for it if we dont have a good game plan for ronnie brown.
