Our running game this week
Well it looks like our most efficient back Bell will be out this weekend. It also appears the weather will affect the playing field as wind and rain are expected. I hope LH can handle the load with Bush because I just dont think PT will get many touches.

Re: Our running game this week
If PT isn't 100 percent, it should be Hamilton and Bush. And have a plan on throwing it 50 times just in case. LOL.

Re: Our running game this week
Anyone remember Tampa last season? Rain and wind and we threw it 50 times.
I hope Sunday isn't a repeat. |

Agreed. Damn shame, but they'll have to deal with the elements too. I agree with what you said in another thread...our "B" game beats 'em and our "A" game blows 'em out regardless. Our "C" game...well...let's just hope we don't have to witness our "C" game...

Hamilton should see some action. I think Bell is officially out for the Bills game. In any event, I don't think Brees will put it up 50 times this weekend.

Re: Our running game this week
Looking at the weather report, the rain is suppose to quit by game time.
Wet field would be the only problem not wet football for passing. |

Give it to Heath (Tigger) Evans a few times, he will bounce his way into the endzone again.

Re: Our running game this week
If we stick with our 30 carries routine as of late, I think RB gets 5, LH 15 and PT gets 10.
PT may go off on Sunday. He seems to do very well when he feels he has something to prove, and right now, everyone is riding the Mike Bell train. I think that the competition between these guys is going to be great for the team's success. |
