Lynell Hamilton

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Hamilton was expected by some to break Marshall Faulk's rushing records at SD State before he was injured. Haven't seen him run enough to really analyze his style, but I think he takes a lot of big hits....

One of my favorite plays from that game. Would have liked to see him get a few more carries. We have a lot of depth at RB.

Unfortunately for PJ, Lynell is a better player. PJ is nice, but I think Lynell is more athletic.

maybe so....the fumbles just drove me toward PJ a little more....he was the only running back on the roster that didnt fumble and his stats during the preseason were as impressive as anyone else on the team......luckily we got him on the practice squad so we can scoop him right up if somebody starts knocking on his door

lynell will get a lot of playing time this year because despite our running backs talent, the one thing all of them lack is good health and lynell hamilton hasnt shown hes injury prone

Re: Lynell Hamilton

Thomas or Bell, most likely Bell, won't be a Saint in 2010. Reggie will have to take a pay cut and possibly could be gone. That leaves Thomas, Hamilton and Hill. Enough for the current offense.
