You do have a valid point. However, Hebert didn't announce his retirement and THEN sign with his former team's biggest rival. He was a free agent and the Falcons offered him the most money.

That would have been better than to see Favre's name appear anywhere in this post. He is seen on all major sports networks, newspapers, Sears and Wrangler commercials, and I even saw him roofing a house the other day. The guy is like Kanye....everywhere and annoying. I just think you tried to flip the coin on this post because of your lust for Archie Manning.

The question marks were exactly my reaction when I saw Brett Favre mentioned in this post. The first thing I thought was "Seriously?!?!"

First of all...one comment is a post. The whole thing is a thread...I think.

I don't know what your angle is, but it has everything to do with my dislike for what Bobby Hebert did way back then and nothing to do with Brett Favre other than the fact that he did something very similar to what Bobby did and GB fans hate him, but yet Saints fans forgive Bobby. What part of that did you miss...and this thread is about Bobby so I gave my opinion on Mr. Hebert. If you would like, I will try to remember your username and never make comments to your posts if that would make you happy. Makes no difference to me...if you are going to try to control what these threads evolve into.

You are entitled to your opinion. Everyone is. I'm not controlling what people say. I just can't believe Brett Favre was even brought up in this "thread". Happy now? What he did is WORLDS different than what Hebert did. He kept screwing over the entire Packers organization with his indecisiveness.
