Proof power rankings are crap...

Power Rankings make sense only if no one ever put their butts on the field. Since there will be a champion determined on the pitch, giving any attention whatsoever to them is pure testament to a desire to waste time, energy and productivity.

But I sure do love abusing those who do.

Power ranking have a very substantial place in the hearts of many NFL fans from Tuesday - Saturday. With exception to a few times on Thursday and Saturday. And Thanksgiving. And the playoffs. And Superbowl and offseason.

But I love them from Tuesday - Saturday.

Which is a bigger waste of time? Reading power rankings? Or posting about how much of a waste of time they are? Or spending significant time reading and posting opinions on a football forum?
