Saints First Quarter Offensive MVP
We're four down with twelve more to play. The quarter-way point of the NFL season. Since the Saints have a bye week and there's no upcoming opponent to discuss, why not keep the attention on the team.
I've taken the liberty of nominating several players for election as the first quarter's most valuable player. Lets see what yall think... |

Re: Saints First Quarter Offensive MVP
in the first quarter of the game
on O it was defiantly the Shockey on D I would have to say it's a toss up between Sharper and Vilma both played solid first quarter games if we are talking over the length of the game on the D side of things props go to Sharper with out a doubt but again it’s a toss up between him, Grant and Smith on the O side of things Pierre Thomas and Shockey |

Re: Saints First Quarter Offensive MVP
I voted Sharper, and I'm glad to see him getting so many votes. All too often, MVP is only thought of in terms of QB, WR, RB, etc.

Not even close. Sharper. Ok, I'd say that all the Saints are MVPs, but Sharper especially.
Last nice thing I'm going to say until the Giants game. |
