Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
There are three Dolphins pass-rushers who need to step up and spend an afternoon in the backfield with Saints’ QB Drew Brees on Sunday. Jason Taylor, Cameron Wake, and Joey Porter have got to win their one-on-one matchups enough to knock Brees down and not allow him to get comfortable in the pocket. We can talk about ball-control, the Wildcat, and many other factors heading into this game, but the bottom line is that you can’t make Brees look like a Pro-Bowler – like the Giants did last week.
It’s not just sacks – it’s constant pressure. Brees loves to drop back & throw it down the field… if he has time to throw, he’ll kill you. His skill players are probably the best in the league at making adjustments when the ball’s in the air and coming down with tough catches in tight coverage.
The Saints are 5-0 and coming off an impressive 48-27 victory over the previously unbeaten Giants. Many around the NFL are labeling the Saints as the best team in the league. I know the players are tired of hearing how good New Orleans is – they’re the stat kings of the NFL. Miami needs to go out on the field and do something about it.
The Saints Come Marching Into South Florida
Ummmm, sorry but, the Giants tried everything possible to NOT make Brees look like the Probowler that HE IS.
And we beg you to blitz!! BEG YOU!!
