To my fellow Hou-Yats;

I'm sorry to go off-topic but i would like to let everyone know of an event i'm going to participate in.

I will be playing in the 2010 Zwack AirHockey World Championships, the event will be held at SRO Family sports bar and cafe located at 444 Northwest Mall, Houston, TX, 77092.

the dates for the event are as follow
July 10: Youths tourney from 1pm to 8pm for Ages 5 through 16
JUly 15: meet and great party with some fun events from 2-10pm
July 16: Amateur and Power Doubles tourney from 2-10pm
July 17-18 Open Singles from 11am to 9pm Sat and from 11am to 6pm Sunday

CONGRATULATIONS RAGINCAJUN83! (Brandon & Tiffany) They married last friday night in the Woodlands in the presence of a large crowd of friends and loved ones, and then proceeded to party it up in style, dressed exquisitely, of course, late into the night. It was a very notable celebration, including their outstanding dinner impressive full bar selection, and interesting people throughout the room. There was much revelry, conversation and lots of dancing, not to mention an impromptu second line like I havent seen since football season. There were definite Saints themes throughout the night from the "Saints gridiron" grooms cake, to the amazing Fleur De Lis ice scuplture, to my chilling audio sound byte of "Pigs are flying/ Hell has frozen over" after dinner while "Do Whatcha Wanna played in the background.

Those of us among the "help," worked our butts off, and it was 100% worth it to see the smiles on our Bride and Groom, and all of their guests.
Congratulations, Brandon and Tiffany. It was an honor and privilege being your emcee.

Hey Hou-Dats, what's up? I for one am sick of these late games; we can never make it to Woodrow's when it's a 3pm game. I need to get back there; there's nothing like pulling for the Saints in a big, Who-Dat crowd!

The crowd at Woodrow's was the smallest all year.

I was at my usual volume towards the end of the game and I think I scared some people.

I drink far too much during close games.

I will have to take a picture this Sunday, just for you and post it.
I will be attending, not sure about Gumbeau, he had a "pop-up" trip that is supposed to leave on Sunday. I never over-imbibe as I am the designated driver, but I try to make some noise never-the-less.
