I wouldn't say I have hatred for the Saints...but Carolina is a different story. Especially the way the media always picks them every year to automatically win the division--EXCEPT THIS YEAR. LOL They are HOT garbage and Delhomme is probably on the bench soon.

Anyway, it ought to be an exciting Monday night game and I hope my Falcons have a few tricks up their sleeves to keep up with that quick striking offense.

Here's to an injury-free game. Lord knows we're losing someone else each week and can't afford anymore if we're to stay competitive this year.

If the falcons win I'll give em props. But the best team usually wins and a falcons fan with any reasoning can't tell me they're better right now. I'm not being a homer but the numbers don't lie. You're like we were last year to a certain degree: your defense has a lot of holes, and you haven't runned the ball effectively. Not saying you can't correct those areas, but November isn't an ideal time to address em.

That's what I was saying earlier...you guys fixed a lot of your defensive woes in the off season and we'll take longer since Dimitroff believes in building a team through the draft. We went and got one or two veterans who are past their prime to really stop the leaks. The biggest problem that they didn't address is the play of the corners. I figure we'll fix that in the off season. Until then we'll just have to keep fighting through this year's schedule. We're young and heading in the right direction.

Thanks, it's good to come to a board without all the silliness and off the wall comments. We all fans of our teams and should be able to have an adult discussion concerning our teams. I'm really looking forward to playing you guys as a true measure of where our team is in the building process.

There are a lot of young arrogant guys on the board. Most of the posts are silly things that kids talk about. I see those same posts over there and don't even acknowledge them. I am a realist and know that we aren't where we want to be yet...others look at everything through rose-colored glasses.

Whoever started that thread I believe is the same guy that has that "F whatever team we're playing that week" thread. If you go back you'll see one that says F the Cowboys, F the Bears, etc. Our fans are almost becoming as rude and malicious as Eagle's fans.
