this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Not really sure about your assessment kannon. I'm definitely not going to underestimate the Falcons. These two teams always get up for this game, not to mention that Atlanta went to the playoffs last year and didn't really lose anybody ...

Not really sure about your assessment kannon. I'm definitely not going to underestimate the Falcons. These two teams always get up for this game, not to mention that Atlanta went to the playoffs last year and didn't really lose anybody in the offseason.
Right now their running game isn't as successful as it was last season, but that doesn't mean that these guys won't switch it on at any minute. Matt Ryan is still young, but he's a very efficient quarterback. He has 6 interceptions, but 11 touchdowns. He's actually got a higher passer rating this season (90.2) than he did last year (87.7), so I'm not sure why anybody would write this kid off. He's got a HOF tight end target and a Pro Bowl wide receiver. I'm expecting an absolute dogfight tomorrow night. |
