Gay went in for JG last week; I think Jenkins is still one notch below, but as mentioned by several, he should see more time.

I love that Williams gets everybody in the game.

Yep, and as Hokie (maybe Detillier???) pointed out, in our base defense we'll probably see Randall Gay at CB opposite Porter, but when we switch to the nickel, we'll see Jenkins at CB and Gay at the nickel.

Right now, Gay in our base 4-3 at CB is probably "safer" than Jenkins, but in the nickel, its probably better to shift Gay to NB (which he excels at) and slide Jenkins over to CB.

I think thats what GW did in the Panther game too.

I remember Jenkins getting tangled up with a guy later in that game after JG went out. I was worried he was gonna get a flag on that play. He needs some playing time. He's a special teams beast though.

Yep, there's a learning curve with all rookies, especially at CB, which might be the hardest position on the entire field for rookies to adjust to, right after QB and maybe WR.

This is a good week for him to get some quality PT.

This is a good game for it. He'd be going up against some young receivers. 25th in pass offense. Has anyone else noticed that we've been getting burned on counters and traps? It uses our own aggressiveness against us....bastards!
