When a team gives an estimated time of injury recovery they factor everything in, including the time to get back on the field in shape. They wouldn't say someone would be ready in 6 weeks when they aren't gonna be ready or at least expect them to. He still has two arms and a leg. He'll be back on his feet moving fluidly in a few weeks. They hire the training staff for a reason.

Porter has played enough games to be considered a veteran CB now. Let him sit until the final game of the season, let him get some reps then, and give him another week to rest in the bye. He'll be ready to play in the playoffs. SFIAH |
