Have I been asleep? When did the pro bowl get moved to before the Super Bowl, and what moron moved it there? I sure missed this one. (Of course I am getting old and senile.) No Super Bowl bound team in there right mind is going to play their best players a week befor the Super Bowl.

The PB was moved as of this year. And no, no player playing in the SB will play in the PB. BUT I think we should still all vote, just in case the ultimate goal doesn't happen. It's a nice way of saying thanks to Brees for a great season.

Also, it looks good when people go to vote for MVP.

New this year of course. I think that it is an attempt to get the players to actually show up for the game. And it is being played in Miami if you haven't already heard. I guess they figure the players that are already out of the playoffs will be there anyway.

But I also think that it is expected that the SB participant players won't play.
