Re: Just Reported: Chris McAlister a Saint!!
Remember, Brees and Vilma were both signed amid doubts of lingering injury problems. And Sharper was thought to be too old and slow. Hopefully McAlister will turn out like them and not Dan Morgan, though Morgan was a real long shot.
McAlister is a solid cover guy, a ball hawk and a physical playmaker with a mean streak--exactly GW's type. I like it! |

I'm not surprised that Loomis made a move. Gay looked Jason David esque against the Rams and Jenkins just isn't ready yet. From what I've read about him, McAlister sounds like a guy that GW can use in his system

Re: Just Reported: Chris McAlister a Saint!!
I live up here in Baltimore, and even up here, when McCalister fell out of grace with the Ravens head coach Harbaugh, they never gave a single detail as to why he was not wanted back on the practice field with the team.
Everyone knows he can be an emotinal player who may get into trouble on the field with that sometimes, but I have always LOVED his game play. I think that his addition is a good thing. |
